CARE
When the outfit is in your premises, please take good care of the outfit all the time and keep them in your possession throughout the rental period.
In the event where the outfit you rented get stained, please clean them as soon as possible to prevent permanent damage (in which penalty will be charge).
RECEIVED
When you receive your package
1. Unbox the outfit, check for damages such as stains (usually you won't find any as we would have checked the items before delivering them to you).
But in any case you do, please do inform us through whatsapp.
2. Let your kids try on the outfit and be ready to be amazed, because they will look dazzling and beautiful!
3. We have pre washed our dresses before we sent them, but if you feel like washing it again before use. You may want to wash it, with water and gentle baby detergent. Make sure to do it gently.
RETURN
When you return your package
1. Check to make sure that the outfit is return without any permanent damage
2. Place the unwashed outfit in the original box/garment bag that we have provided in the package.
please do pack them with care to make sure they survive their ride back home ;)
3. Please return it on time and mail it to the address that we have provided.
When we say no hassle, we really mean it!
